Hi, I'm having a problem with the xtLive I've owned for many years, that monkey is wrong. It is registered to me with serial number here at line 6, and I have used the monkey 2 years ago with this unit when it said I didn't own the amps within(!). It was fixed then. Now it is stuck in a flashing weirdness, will not give title of effect, only shows the drv/bass/mid/treb/pres/vol screen for each change of bank and preset. In essence, it's loopy and I thought the monkey will fix it.

Hello. I have a hot floor pod in my lap awaiting a monkey.
I'd also like to get some guitar equipment fixed, as soon as the monkey fini...OK, now I am ready.
Please assist, and not in the bad las vegas way like that monkey did. I need a cigarette.
