Hi, did you solve your problem? I'm exactly in the same situation, without replacing tactile button. My Pod worked correctly for a year, the suddenly the tap switch stopped working, the A button now work like "save", etc. I've tried factory reset, but holding A button during power on in this situation doesn't work. I'v tried also reinstalling firmware, but nothing changed. Can someone help me? thanks
