Thats scary, but Ive never had a problem with Roland Boss to experience. Have a ton invested in them as well. Have a Vetta amp with very little hours on it. Works for a few minutes then screen gets weird and no sound. Looking up what they support and its like they stopped supporting the amp I purchased. I happen to live down the street from Line 6 in Agoura. Trying to get ahold of them is impossible.

I have wasted thousands on Line 6. How is there support? go to Roland/Boss.
