Hey Guys,
So I went to update my Helix to the newest version, my smooth brain self accidentally tried to update to the oldest version. Apart from feeling incredibly stupid, the update failed and my Helix is now stuck in Boot Failure. Entered Update Mode.
I uninstalled all the Line 6 stuff from my PC (running Windows 11) and I have tried reinstalling Line 6 Updater and the most recent drivers and every time I plug my Helix back in to the USB and open Updater I get the good ol' blue screen restart. I have opened a support ticket but I am wondering if anyone here is able to help out? I am not plugging the USB into a hub, it is plugged directly into the back of the PC into the MOBO.
