    I'm trying to approximate a Boss FA-1 FET Boost to use as a preamp. Has anyone else tried doing this in the Helix/Stadium, and if so, which models or preamps worked for you to get that sound/feel?

    I have no idea what the 'presence' knob/parameter does on the Essex A30 model. Can someone please explain it to me? I used to own an AC30 and there was never a presence knob on the amp. Thanks!
