first of all sorry for my english..
I got a G30 (1 year old), and last saturday I bought a new G30, so that in live situations I can use two guitars, each one with its g30 transmitter and receiver.
Both signals go in a Mooer Ab Box (called ABY), so I can switch which guitar I want to play each time, and then signal goes in the effect chain (if you want I can detail).
Just put the new G30 receiver under the board, turn all the things on, and from the amp came out a very bad noise and hum, with no signal at all (the new G30's receiver got three leds red on).
Just read bit of stuffs on google, and I understand that is a problem of compatibility between the g30s.
The new one has the new firmware version (blue light blinks twice).
But here comes the problem.. The old one has.. no firmware?!?
Note, in the case of the older G30 there's the green sticker who claims RF2.. (and even in the new one).
But the blue light, when I turn on the device, simply doesn't blink.
Anyway, i tried to update the firmware following the video posted here
But nothing happened.
Any suggestion please?
