I have searched the web and forum but am not seeing any info on this.
I am using the Catalyst 60 CX mostly in manual mode but using the app to select/edit the effects I want to use - mainly delays and modulations with tempo sync. When I bring up a delay, for example, the sync says 1/4 note and I change it to dotted 8th per the app. But when I press the tap tempo button or tap a footswitch, the sync value reverts to 1/4 note.
I looked around the app and did not see any manual mode defaults for the effects options. The workaround for delays is to use the dual delay as the dotted 8th is added via the scale setting, but there is not any option like that for modulation effects.
Is this how tap tempo in manual mode is supposed to work?
