i have tried everything to get it to work within my own power thats why im on the forums!

i know i do but i cannot when i cant connect via bluetooth or pc

So i got the 2.0 update about 2 months ago used the amp once since then the other day i go to turn it on i get no response all the tone lights and tap lights are dim and the bluetooth light is dim doesnt connect to bluetooth or anything its not use able what the hell do i do?
