  1. I would just make one block with boost and delay assigned, and a second block with just delay on it. There would be no issue with slow switching between presets because you would working in one preset... no need for switching in this case. If it is a super busy/involved preset and you are trying to save every last bit of real estate then understandable why you wouldn't want to have to add a second delay but if that's not the case, you're better off just adding a second delay block independent of the boost/delay multiple.
  2. Makes sense then! Great having the flexibility to do both (and much more) on the Helix.
  3. I have a footswitch set up for 1/2 step down and I have it set up -1 on both heel and toe, mix at 100%... I accidentally left it at 50% when I first made it and it sounded awful with half of the original signal coming through. Found out what I did and changed it to 100 and it works great.
  4. 2014 Macbook Pro Retina running OSX El Capitan -- got my Helix yesterday and updated to firmware 1.04.2 no problem. Computer recognized Helix right away and had no issues running the firmware update.
