Just ran all my updates in monkey again, still nothing unfortunately. OSX el cap, FYI. i noticed theres been some problems outside of this particular one with el cap, any other suggestions my friend? thanks much for the reply.

Just trying to install the HD metal pack i just bought, but my HD500X wont appear in license manager, checked all the firewalls and tried all the USB ports, no dice. Any solutions? Am i Missing something, All firmware/Software is fully updated.
