  1. Hello Phil_m, I really appreciate your help. Being at work at the moment, I have no way of trying this out yet, but it makes perfect sense with what I've seen with the new parameters within snapshots. I will report back this evening. Thank you!
  2. So my Helix rack is up to date, following all required procedures, but something weird is now being observed. To be specific, these observations started after the last update. I've backed up everything and re-installed the update at least 3 times, but the problem continues. Here are the facts: 1. When I download a custom tone from this site, or when I select an existing preset (factory or otherwise), the snapshots are no longer visible on my floor controller. However, I can still access them via the software on my Mac, which is something I've never experienced before. Usually once a custom tone is imported, snaps are automatically visible on the floor controller or the Helix Edit software. 2. In an attempt to resolve this problem, I've been re-assigning the snaps via the controller assign tool. When this has been completed, everything looks normal until I select a specific snapshot, regardless of how I select the snap (via the floor controller, the rack or from the Helix Edit software). What happens is always the same, all the scribble scripts displayed change from their original snap identification (whatever the snap was called) to " SNAPSHOT ^ ". All snapshot scribble strips instantly change to this. When you then press on any of the snaps, you are cycling upwards in the snapshot list, so the snaps are working, however the scribble strips continue to indicate " SNAPSHOT ^ ". After a few more attempts to recall the snap needed, all the scribble strips return as normal. But, if you try again to select a snapshot, the "SNAPSHOT ^" message reappears. Again, if you continue pressing the button, eventually all the correct scribble strips return, I was able to rectify this problem on a few presets but I can't figure out what I did to resolve the issue. I would simply go through the controller assign section and save the present, or re-install the present and re-assign the snaps over and over until the problem seemed resolved. I've attached two photos to show the before and after observations that I've tried to communicate. Thank you in advance for your help!
