I've been having a Spider II 150 Half Stack for many years, and always controlled it with the FBV shortboard. I want to expand my effects and presets and sounds like finally getting a POD XT will do that. My questions before I make a purchase are:
1) Do I just set the spider II head to a Clean model and let POD XT do all the work?
2) Will the FBV controller (connected to POD XT) immediately show the POD XT models on the readout and let me choose the preset models with the FBV?
3) Am I really getting a whole new world of effects based on what I already had with Spider II?
Sorry, I've been out of the Line 6 loop for a while and coudl find anything from searching, so I knwo these may beold questions.
