I think I have sorted this, knocking seven bells out of the Ovation when the volume dropped again, the Firehawk lives on top of the amp so I am thinking vibration is to blame.

Thanks Silverhead, got it. I am still puzzled as to why it does it halfway through a gig though when nothing is changed or altered either on the unit it’s self or the remote.

Hi guys, my line6 suddenly looses volume and the red volume led ring goes pink, any ideas?
