problem with variax line 6 700 trem and workbench hd

Good afternoon. Just today I was trying to adjust the 1st string volume on my 700, for whatever reason it is lower than the other 5. Variax 700 into my PODHD500X and into the computer, Windows 10, and got the message that there is no supporting workbench any more for the 700. It appears as if I do not have any option to adjust it at this point and "it is what it is". Please confirm or recommend a solution if there is one. thank you.
