Guitar center never told me i needed a differet usbcord for fbv express pedal so i was never able to get it to work so by over and over trying to push usb phone cord into slit on pedal it snapped off the plastic piece in there and is now broken. I have only used peadal 3 timesbut tried to explain to both line 6 and guitar center my issue and both said the same damn thing,phone usb will do rhe job,guitar center said im screwed as far as exchanging it,any ideas i bought it jan 14th 2015 and am well within rhe 45 days return policy
