I have everything upgraded to the newest firmware and drivers but I cant connect my JT69 with 2.21 to workbench hd. connects just fine with usb interface but not through helix with vdi cable Any ideas? "The connected variax is not compatible with workbench hd. You must use a James Tyler version 2.00 or higher"
