  1. Sorry to ask here, but I wasn't sure where else to ask; I've requested a refund for Pod Farm 2.5, which I purchased yesterday. I haven't used it and I've deactivated all my devices as instructed, yet I haven't received any answer on my support ticket. Should I expect one or is it an automatic process? Forgive my ignorance, I've been having trouble with the purchasing system for Line 6, so I'm a bit concerned at this point. A simple refund/return option on my purchase history page would have been appreciated.
