Great info! I just had one of these HD500's come into my shop with this exact problem, and it's the first Line 6 pedal I've worked on. Got it all apart pretty easily and then stared wondering where to get the switch when I found this message board. No problems with the plastic jack nuts- all mine survived. Only thing that I did different was that instead of cutting the glue to unplug the ribbon cable to the smaller board, I removed the 2 nuts holding the board on and carefully released all of the little plastic clips holding it down, then lifted both boards up together to flip them over for the "surgery". Ordering the switch tonight. Now I can also show the customer why his pedal wasn't repaired the day after he dropped it off and what it took to get it done.... Thanks, guys!
