Will The Fbv Express Mk1 Work With My Spider Iv 75

New to this environment and type of hardware, but thought I would experiment because of the versatility of the Line 6 product. Dumb question, but can you program the MK II Express to switch between preset channels (like 07C, 02A, etc) on my Spider amp? I can't figure out how to program the MKII (or find any clear instructions) on how to do that. Any help is appreciated!
