Change components between v55 and v75

Hello,I had one v55 with the bodypack,and I have bought one v75 with a handled. I use always the body pack,and here is my question: Can I change the bodypack and use it with the v75 and the handled with the v55....just because maybe the v75 is better,or its better keep all and not touch anything?
