Hi, i just bought a pod hd500x and i'am trying to register it but when i click the button "register gear" the site prompt the message "Error 523". I read about it and it says ESN could not be verified. Please confirm the supplied USN. I'am unable to understand what it means. I bought it in India from onstage. Please help.
