  1. I think the loop might be the issue. It's a Katana. I tried to run the HX through the loop only and that doesn't seem to work either. I need to boot up the Katana software and have a look what's happening with the loop I think. Thanks for getting back to me guys. I will report back once I've had a look at what's going on with the Kat. In the meantime I'm running the HX through the front of the amp and it's great, so no complaints. Edit: Once again thanks for the help. It appears that somehow my loop had been disabled via the Katana software. Everything is working fine now.
  2. I do have it switched on. Here are how the cables are connected, just for clarity. Guitar to HX L/Mono input Amp Main Input to HX FX Send 1 Amp FX return to HX L/Mono Output Amp FX Send to HX Return 1 I'm just using standard guitar cables to connect it with, is that correct? Or should I be using something else?
  3. Ok, I've had my HX a couple of days only so forgive me if I'm missing something simple. I've routed the cables in the correct way. I start a new patch, add the FX loop as required and I can add effects to the patch. The problem I have is none of my effects seem to work when putting them after the loop on the signal flow part of the unit. If I put in a delay for example, it works in front of the loop, but as soon as I move it after, it stops working. Anyone had this or know a simple reason why that would be?
