    I have solved it - it was a sticky knob. I pulled the knob off and put it back on again and now it presses properly and it is working all perfectly now. Thanks for your help :)

    Thanks, but I have the 1/4" plugged in. There is sound coming out of the amp, but the knob to change the instrument and the tuning aren't doing anything.

    I bought this JTV 69 yesterday and I can get it recognised on workbench HD, I have uploaded all to Variax. Battery is fully charged and all the green LEDs come on to show that, but whatever I do, I can only get the natural sound out of it! I know I am probably being stupid, but how do you turn the damn thing on?! Thanks
