I think I have this same problem on my Helix Floor. This was working months ago, but I have not tried to use my microphone again until today... and nothing. Other inputs are working, and I tested the mic & cable using my Focusrite interface. Based on the messages above, it sounds like this might be a common failure point. I've also had the button on the joystick fail... left, right, up and down work fine, but pushing down on the knob does nothing. This *also* sounds like a common failure point. Fortunately, I can get around that by using HX Edit. But if the preamp is fried, then there's no getting around that. Strike two, Line 6. :(
