Anyone else have advice on this?

Now that I think about it, I guess the sounds are more different than I thought. I guess I'm looking for two distinct sounds. The first one is the lead guitar from song 1 (comes in around 0:10). The second is the rhythm of song 2 (also comes in around 0:10).

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm looking for tips on emulating a particular guitar sound with my HD400. It's a bright, somewhat overdriven guitar sound that's found in a lot of J-Rock from the 90's/2000's. Here's some examples: If anyone has any tips, it would be much appreciated (or, if you think there is a better place to post this, that would be appreciated too). Thanks
