  1. UPDATE: Right i've got a bit closer. Realised i had my wires crossed by sending from one device into the send of the other device (that was stupid). So i have th eHelix Send1 going into the guitar input of the Firehawk and then the Firehawk send 1/2 going into the Helix return 1/2. Problem is i'm only getting mono audio. I'm assuming this is because the guitar input to the Firehawk is obviously a mono signal. How can i achieve a stereo signal throughout the FX chain? Original Post I'm confused! It's mainly that i don't understand quite how the Helix and Firehawks FX loops work and where they send the signal so if somebody could clarify that would be great. Basically i don't need my Firehawk for amps because i have the Helix but i really love a lot of the Pod Hd FX. I'd like to connect my Firehawk to The Send/Return 1/2 so i can use its effects in any Helix patch simply by dropping the FX Loop 1/2 block into it. To make things really interesting i want to also route my Ultranova synth though it. The patch i have is my Ultranova coming into the SPDif, which i've selected as my input. I added an FX Loop 1/2 block to the patch. I then cabled the Send 1/2 outputs of the Helix to the Send 1/2 of the Firehawk (i'm thinking this is where i'm going wrong as i'm not quite sure how the send/returns work). I have a patch loaded onto the Firehawk which i'm tweaking on my Android phone. I've turned the FX Loop block on here because i figured why not. Then i have the Firehawks reutrns cabled to the Helix returns. Now my assumption was the the FX Loop block of the Helix acts as a Send/Return by itself, so the signal goes to the outboard FX and then back in on the same block like any auxiliary buss. I'm getting zero sound though. It's probably something daft that i've plugged in wrong. Can anybody help?
