My Helix LT has recently been losing output to the headphone out, XLR and 1/4 inch outputs. The problem usually lasts for a few minutes. The tuner always works so I know the input signal is good. No, it’s not the guitar or the cable and rebooting the pedal doesn’t do anything. It just doesn’t make any sound and then suddenly it works just fine. Not acceptable for playing in live situations so I really need to fix this or it’s garbage.
One other thing I have noticed is that the LED on the tap tempo switch sometimes only half lights up like a blinking “C”.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
