I know it's almost a year since the OP....but this happened to me today...during a session! I had 5 scenes for 3 different guitars, and they all disappeared, leaving only the original "scene 1". I tried Line 6 customer support today, and neither the girl, nor whoever she spoke to, had any answers. I was told to return it to the store (??) This is a serious glitch, if that's what it is, good grief. Anyone that happens along and has any ideas, please email me jpeer64@gmail.com cheers!

I love my new Line 6...I've actually made use of every input and output...even the "always on" tuner out I've sent to my talkbox! It's pricey, but the sound is great. But today, DURING A SESSION, it dropped every one of my custom scenes and reverted back to just "scene 1"...as if it had been hard booted! Fortunately it was here in the studio and not live. Support was unable to help, and recommended returning the unit. Wow...a least they're honest. I am soooo disappointed. For now I have reset all the scenes, but I cannot imagine ever trusting this unit live. And that sucks. Let me know if anyone has any ideas of what might have happened. My transmitter was low, showing 25 mins, and we DO turn the pedals off via a master switch (of course). I will try taking the time to toggle the unit's individual power on/off if I can remember. (The transmitter "sleeps" if you forget, love it!)...but imagine having to do that with every pedal/effect/keyboard etc etc? Good grief. However, if that is the solution, I'll do it, that's how much I loved this unit...until today. :-/
