Have a few questions and I am hoping someone could shed some light. I have searched and cannot find someone doing something similar. I am attempting to use a Tech 21 Midi Mongoose as an external midi controller with my Helix rack. Simple reasoning is I only need a few switches. I have a single preset I use with 3 snapshots. I got the controller to change presets but cannot get it to change snapshots for the life of me. The other issue I would like is to have the last 2 footswitches be used for the looper. Specifically rec and then play/stop. So long story short from left to right it would be snapshot 1-3, looper record, looper play/stop. Is this possible with this controller? If not then I will have to bite the bullet and just get the helix controller. Was just trying to save space and stage footprint.
