The power switch on my Helix floorpedal is not working. It feels "loose" as if it is separated from the internal switch. What is the best way to address this issue? A service repair shop or RMA to Line 6? Seems like it should be a straightforward fix but not sure why it happened in the first place. Also my foot pedal never goes "down to zero" (which is a problem I have had for a while but just learned to live with it)

Same issue for me. What do we do now?
