Thanks. I don't have a guitar shop nearby. I mainly want an all rounder for the home. .something to amplify my helix through and also stream music to ut...hence the ipod.i just want to see if anyone else has done this and if it sounded good

I'm thinking of getting an amplifi 30 but need some questions answered if poss. Will my ipod 6 work with this? Can i use my Helix through this for hone use...and how will it work? Thanks

Anyone used a Helix through the Blackstar beam? Maybe on a clean setting this could be used as a home speaker? I was looking at studio monitors but wanted an all rounder i guess?

Hi. I'm a week old Helix user. I've managed to get some great tones and patches so far but am struggling teying to get say a single clean amp...with a few effects (delay..reverb and an overdrive) to getting a 2nd amp on a heavy tight sound?. Ive tried duel paths and can swith the amps but the heavy amp still has the effects of the clean amp running on it? Any picture examples would be appreciated

Hi I've noticed the helix has an IR block to add when creating patches. Are these actual IRs or just blank?

I'm up and running! Upgraded to latest firmware with no issues...now....for a long night creating patches. Impressed so far and it's a lot lighter then my hd500x

Helix arrives tomorrow. I cannot wait to get going on this!

I'm in uk and am about to order my Helix. I already own a pod hd500x. Can i get ahead and download any software on my pc before the unit arrives? Also..any quick tips for a new Helix user?. Will my hd500x experience be useful in creating tones?

I have a pod Hd500x and and hoping to get a Helix soon. Can you use the line6 monkey updater for 2 products on the same account?..as I'd still use tje hd500x from time to time

I've joined a few other Helix forums/ groups to get a feel of any issues ...I've seen other users experience issues so at that price po8nt i wanted to be certain etc..

Anyone put their HD500X through a Blackstar Beam amp?. I was thinking of a small home amp that does it all...just guitar...playing my Ipod...amplifying my HD500X. Just an idea before I buy some Mackie speakers.
