  1. The issue was with the fit of my iems, plus a quick cleaning of wax. Beautiful sound now. Kind of a derp moment. Thanks for your help!
  2. Hey all, I'm loving the Helix so far, and have gone as far as using the helix as my standalone, without any amplification, direct into the PA, and having a mix sent to me via IEMs. The issue that I'm having is that the sounds between my IEMs and the PA are drastically different. My IEMs sound thin and harsh, however, through the PA, it sounds lush and full and REAL. When my tone is thin, like with my IEMs, I overcompensate and play much tougher - which is harder on my wrists and fingers and is not enjoyable. When I put on Over the Ear headphones, it sounds a lot closer to what I hear coming out of the mains on a PA. There is also a distinct volume difference and I have to turn the headphone volume up a bit more. My IEMs are Westone UM Pro 20's - Dual Driver My OTEs are Equation RP21 - Single Dynamic Driver Is this an output impedance issue, since the Westone's boast a lower impedance for higher sensitivity? And if so, is there a way to correct it besides getting a different set of ears? Thanks in advance for your help! Andrew
