HEY GUYS. Just bought a Helix rack, and am trying to get new firmware/updates.. But.. My Helix won't connect to my pc.. It will recognize it, but when I look. It says device driver failure.. So. It won't connect. What do I do?? I have tried contacting line 6 for about a week with no call backs.. Getting aggravated obviously.
