All fixed. It was the lead from XTL to Amp. open circuit. -

Ive got a similar problem. Just bought it used and it seemed to be OK with headphones but I get nothing out of the normal outputs. Its Ok when connected to computer but I never get anything out of Mono/left/right/stereo.
