VST3 in Cubase works fine, using VST2 in Cubase was just to test if the problem was with Ableton or the vst2 plugin.

Hi, I am using Helix Native with Cubase 9 as a VST3 plugin, and Ableton Live as a VST2 Plugin (Live does not support VST3 instruments yet). I've been experiencing large CPU spikes with Ableton, which I initially put down to a problem with Live's hosting of Helix Native. I've done some further testing, and by removing the VST3 plugin, I've been able to load the VST2 plugin into Cubase. This behaves exactly like the VST2 plugin in Ableton, so it does not look like it's a problem specific to the host. The CPU spikes are causing glitching in the audio, even with a single instance of Helix Native installed, so it's pretty much unusable at the moment as a VST2 plugin. Has anybody else experienced this or have any idea how to get it working? Thanks,

Just to let you know, it's working fine for me with Cubase 9 Pro.
