Factory Reset Pod XT Live

My problem is my pod XT LIve screen says "Invalid code error 04", i have tried all the reset options mentioned and it will not respond, i have tried safe mode and it will not respond, it also will no longer connect to my pc and when i tried monkey it would not connect. Please advise. I had a gig yesterday and was relegated to using a lot of pedals which i had gotten away from. I have read as much as i can but until it connects or resets it is useless. Help im not rich cant buy another this has to be fixed.
