    I am attempting to update helix firmware and it will not accept the update. while I was attempting the first time my helix locked up and now Helix will not even boot up to home settings. Ive tried a factory reset holding the bottom 2 left stop buttons down and no go! firmware is at 2.30 and i attempted to jump to 2.82
