Recently purchased a HD500x, did the firmware update & have the same issue. I found that if I select an amp higher up the list the sag, hum etc parameters appear then I could go back to one lower on the list eg a marshall & the amp parameters would remain. Just a work around until line 6 comes up with a fix.
