Hi, just got a new POD HD500X, first thing after unpacking and playing a few cords was to update its software (drivers, firmware, download POD Edit to my computer....) All went fine until I tried to update the Flash Memory from original to 2.62. It get stuck in the downloading process but without downloading anything. Does anyone know what can be the issue? Please advise.
