Tried that and still no luck

Recently purchased the firehawk fx, and when I got it home I went to updated it. I have a pc with windows 10 and when ever i try to update it I get and error message saying that it was unable to update. I've tried using different ports on the computer, different wires and even a different computer, and no luck with any of it. Just looking for some advice.
