Hi I hope someone can help a newbie out, new to macs, new to daw's, not new to guitars/amps, probably a stupid problem but...I got a Mac book pro, I got Logic Pro x, I got a sonic port vx, plugged my guitar in, I can hear it through the headphones connected to the sonic port, but when I strum the guitar harder it cuts out abruptly and comes back in when the strings die down. Read online it might be a noise gate envelope that's too strict but on a new project it wouldn't have a noise gate plugin selected yet would it? So frustrated can't even get past the first stage of recording some music!! Please help. Thanks. Billy
