I've tried all I can to make it work but nothing has been successful the hardware is detected by the notebook I have but the software isn't working... I've updated it already and nothing has helped me.

Im trying to install this hardware on my notebook with windows 10, but i dont know why the software is giving me the error 80007034 when i try to play guitar it does not sound, i already checked everything in my computer and it qualifies to use the hardware, any help???
