  1. We just have line6 authorized repair shops, no special line6 repair shop in Norway. As it was dead when I sent it for repairs (PSU gone, lightning main suspect), there is no telling if the screen went before it went to the repair shop. A bit strange if they did not check if the unit was functional before shipping it back to me though. I will check with my insurrance company it they want to pay for more troubleshooting and shipping or if they just pay out for the broken unit. If they pay out, I will open the unit and try to see if there are any obvious loose or broken cables near the screen or something. My backup is Helix Native, so looking like a complete nerd with a laptop and fiddling to change snapshots using the mousepad :-D
  2. I have a '17 Helix Floor that was serviced by a line6 repair shop locally (new PSU), that came back with a screen that turns all white seconds after boot. No information is ever shown on the screen. I can play through it, and all the footswitches work and the buttons and dials around the screen works (as I can see things happening in HXEdit), I can use HXEdit, but nothing happens on the main lcd. It is just white. What I have done: 1. Connect to HXEdit and backed up. 2. Tried to restart multiple times, tried waiting between restarts, disconnecting mains. 3. Tried all the various reset options (FS 5+6, FS 7+8) 4. Updated to FW3.60. Screen still all white. Any last resorts?
