    Hi, I have the same problem with my helix. I just bought it new about a week ago with the 2.2 firmware and it did not boot up. After turning it off and on again it worked fine. After I updated it to the 2.6 firmware but booting problem remained. I sent in a ticket so I will follow up on what happened after I got an answer.
