The answers are not very clear for me to be honest What I'm saying is that when GTR 3 is running (either standalone or via Reaper), ASIO blocks all other sound output. What i'm running right now is the guitar into a Zoom R16 (w/ ASIO driver) --> GTR 3 --> headphones. It will not run for example Guitar pro/YT sounds at the same time GTR 3 is open, which is super annoying since I want to play along. Tried multiple things like different ASIO drivers and even through the windows soundcard, but it wont work unfortunately. Just wat to know if I can use the Helix stomp w/ headphones and simultiously run guitar pro or any other sound program also through the headphones? (So: Guitar --> Stomp --> Pc (Edit which gives the commands to helix) --> Youtube --> Headphones)

Good day, Im really considering buying the Helix stomp but I have a major question which is going to be the dealbreaker or not. My question is; when connected to HX edit software, does Windows allow other programms (e.g. YouTube, Guitar Pro, Windows mediaplayer etc) to run sounds simultainously with HX edit along? And how would this work? Through windows soundcard/headphones out, or does it need to be connected to an amp aswell or via headphones out on the stomp? The thing is that I use GTR 3 now with ASIO channels but it only allows GTR 3 to run sound and not for example guitar pro to play along with it.
