  1. Hello! My G10 base is powered/charged via a Monster Power 3500 power conditioner. It’s plugged into one of the two outlets on the front panel. These supply power even when the power conditioner is shut off. The rest of the gear in the rack, including a guitar/amp/cab switcher is plugged into a separate Furman power conditioner which only powers when turned “on”. The problem is that I can keep the G10 powered constantly via the Monster Power 3500 but need to unplug it and connect it to the Furman to have zero noise. I’ve forgotten to reconnect everything back so I can keep the G10 charged when the rack is not in use and this leads to an uncharged G10 more often than not. Is there a solution to get rid of this noise while plugged into a separate power conditioner? Thanks in advance!
  2. Hello! Is this still an ongoing issue? I went ahead and updated both the receiver and transmitter again via the Line6 Updater. I'm not sure if this sporadic led flashing while installed on the charging receiver base is even an issue in terms of performance but its still a nuisance. I'm hoping this takes care of the issue.
  3. Did anyone here ever try plugging the G10 power adapter into the same power source the amp is connected to? I had this same issue because my guitar rack and DAW rack are on their own power conditioner. I had the G10 being powered by the DAW’s power conditioner(MONSTER PRO 3500) because it has front access to utility outlets which are on round the clock. The guitar rack’s power conditioner(FURMAN PL-PLUS) has front outlet but it’s off until the rack is turn on. Once I connected the G10’s power adapter to the guitar rack, the high pitched background squeal went completely away. Only problem is I need to constantly unplug and plug the G10 into the respective outlets to keep it charged. Hard to remember sometimes.
  4. Hello! I need to power my G10 from a Furman power conditioner which also powers a guitar rack for recording. This has solved “grounding noise” issues. Problem is that the Furman doesn’t supply constant power when turned off, thus draining the attached G10. I can plug it into a nearby outlet when not using it with the rack gear but I’d like a better overall solution. Maybe something like a splitter and extra power supply which can be turned off(a/b)? Any suggestions?
  5. Is there a sure fire fix for the intermittent “high pitch squeal” noise for this wireless device? Thanks in advance!!
  6. Hello! I’d like to know from the many owners of this product and the moderators from Line 6 if this is considered “normal” operation. By this I mean after using the charged G10, I place it into the base station to charge. At this point the transmitter’s led is blinking. After a while the led is “solid” which I assume means fully charged. I leave this unit plugged in constantly. Every now and then, I notice the led will be “blinking”. Is this normal? It’s not constant just occasionally. A day or two can pass and the led will be “solid” in color. Or sometimes it will be “blinking”. What does this mean? Thanks in advance!
  7. I’ve noticed for a while now a few behavioral issues with my R10 Transmitter. Sometimes, I’ll see it’s LED flashing even though it’s been correctly seated in it’s dock/receiver for 24 hrs. Lately, I’ve noticed after removing the transmitter from the dock, just touching the “sleeve” part of the 1/4” plug causes live noise through the amp to speaker cab. Touching the mute pin sometimes takes care of this but only temporary. Not sure if this is due to poor charge retention. I’ve also had the issue of needing to unplug the transmitter from my guitars jack and reinsert to hear signal. This behavior is also erratic. Anyone else having these issues? My R10’s firmware are up to date. Thanks!!
  8. Hello! Just turned on the Bass Pod Pro that’s been sitting in my studio rack for years. I remember there being an issue with syncing to external word clock/not working. Well actually I forgot so after connecting a w/c cable from the w/c out on my Avid Sync to the w/c input of the BPP I instantly got the “pegged out” level of digital noise on both interface and meters in Pro Tools. At this point I turned the switch on the BPP from External to 48kHz and the noise went away. Was this a firmware issue or something else? I also still own the Pro Pro and it has no issues locking to w/c. Thanks!!
