After trying to do a firmware update I'm getting the message 'Boot Failure, Entered Update Mode!' I have tried reinstalling everything and different USB ports but it doesn't do anything. Can anyone help me?

I have done something somehow that I can't seem to undo. When I try to select a preset on my computer in the editor it doesn't select. I have to manually select a new preset from the Helix. Can anyone help and tell me what I've done? Many thanks, Paul
