Hi Ive been gifted a Helix Native plug-in and have garagband running . However I can't seem to get pass the attached screen when loading up the plug-in !!! Any help would be appreciated

I've ended up on this forum due to me suffering the dreaded weak chassis issue tonight . I'm from the uk so hopefully will get an answer from the support guys
