Hi ya'll, so I'll attempt to get some contact cleaner in there first. But I need to likely replace a tactile switch in the helix. I can see the switch is 6mmx6mm but I'm wondering about the height? my local electronics shop is out of stock of the one that appears to be right, but has one with a slightly taller button. Anyone have any experience of if this would work? Or an amazon link (even amazon Canada) to the 'right' switch? Thanks!

I 'think' I simply let it rebuild patches. Didn't reset it. I did take a backup though so I might try and do the reset next.... Stay tuned and thanks for the response.

Hi all, After a quick search turned up nothing. Here's my problem, hopefully the fix is simple. After updating. I made a new patch. All the new effects were there... No problems there. The problem came when I looked for the new effects in an old patch. They are simply not there. Not like they are there and greyed out ala DSP limits. But simply not in the list. Any thoughts? Advice? Thanks in advance!
