Hi I'm a complete newbie with Line 6 equipment so please excuse my ignorance. I've just purchased a Helix LT . It has version 2.12 firmware so it presumably needs updating to 2.20. What software do I need to download to my PC (Win 7) in order to do the upgrade? Do I need to save the factory presets or do you get updated presets with 2.20? How exactly do I do the upgrade? Sorry....told you I was a newbie!
